Not all families are the same, but all families need each other…to be positive… to be active listeners, to say that you understand.  Put yourself in their shoes and see the world from their perspective. Take the time to make up special occasions/outings just for your family.  Create memories.

Congratulations Ashley Smith!

The Clio Kindness campaign has picked a winning Clio Kind Person for March and will award her a check for $50 for being kind in Clio!

During March, various community residents gave out “Caught You” cards to various people being “caught” being kind. People caught in March included servers in restaurants, employees at Walmart, and other persons caught being kind! All those caught were entered into a blind drawing and the winner was Ashley Smith, a resident of Clio!

Ashley is known in Clio for being nice! She works at Famous Footwear in Birch Run and has spent her whole life living in Clio. She must have learned how to be Clio Nice! Congratulations also to her Mom and Dad of Clio who raised her to be Kind!

April is “We Forgive” month in Clio. Community leaders will be handing out “caught you” cards to courteous people in Clio during April with another drawing on May 1 st.

The Clio Kindness Campaign is sponsored by various churches and local nonprofit

organizations including the Clio Rotary, the Clio Can-Do Series of Races, and the

Clio Area Human Services Fund.
